Validation for Checkbox and Radio is not working in IE 8+

There seems to be an error with 'tagname' variable causing the issue (as told by IE 8)
It works perfectly in IE 7 though.
It would be nice if it were updated and given a fix :)
The error for checkboxes/radio does not appear with IE 8 + :( I tested even page sample http://validatious.org/learn/features/html/radio_buttons_checkboxes
Hope there'll be a reply here somehow :) This is really a great tool especially for those who don't really want to go through validation hardships XD
